I weighed in yesterday, 155.3. Kinda stuck on that number for awhile. Salad for lunch!

I think I’ve managed to keep off all or most of the 8 or so pounds I shed through a revised diet, but I stopped weighing myself or counting calories awhile back. Now might be the time for phase 2.

173.4 this morning. Still holding steady. Hopefully putting on some muscle weight.

I'm a month and a half cigarette free and I've managed to lose weight, so I'm very happy with that.

Still got some stubborn belly fat to drop, though.

Peeps! Nice work. Wow, that's a ton of weight to lose in a week. I'm hoping to shed 2-3 more pounds over the next month!

Congrats on the cigs, I hope that you are feeling better. I know mentally that is very tough to do.

I have some stubborn fat in my face and belly, too. It's tough!

It was tough for about a month. I had a couple of really bad weeks in there, but I feel like I'm through it now.

I do love smoking though. If I make it to 80 or get diagnosed with a terminal illness I'm going to start smoking again.

Life is about having goals.

Sorry to hear that, but it did kinda kickstart your weight loss, so there's that.

Do your clothes still fit?

Why don't you weigh yourself and then let us know.

What's an average speed and distance for your bike rides?

14 miles in 4 hours sounds kinda slow.
