neighbor is building a massive 2-story garage, likely to house his teenage son on the 2nd floor (in violation of housing ordinance)

super loud but one bright spot is all the banging is keeping the poop-factory blackbirds away

in an odd way i hope this lasts much longer through their nesting season

they are working fast though
