Not super familiar with her music, but an absolute core middle school memory of mine is "Caught a Light Sneeze" playing on radio background while finishing the last pages of S.E. Hinton's That was Then, This is Now.

Winter is amazing. She has too many to contenders for my favorite of hers. But one of them that's right up there is the non-album track Take To The Sky from the Winter single/EP.

She has a new album coming in May and my wife and I just bought tickets to see her play the Beacon in July! I haven't seen her life in like 25 years. Pretty excited.
