The Argonaut wrote:I developed an intense dislike for Laura Linney about ten years ago. I've apparently done a very good job of avoiding her for the last decade. I just started Sully, and right at the beginning he's talking to his wife on the phone, and I find myself getting upset and thinking, 'who is this terrible actress?' Come to find out, it's Laura Linney! I still hate her.

YOU'RE INSUFFERABLE AND CANT ACT SO ADEQUATE DIALOGUE JUST FEEL FORCED AND PHONY

Finally watched Fruitvale Station the other night.

Really enjoyed it. A bit more cloying and manipulative than something like Moonlight. But a nice piece. And Michael B. Jordan knocks in out of the park.

Fruitvale Station is the epitome of everything I hate about modern indie cinema. What a piece of shit that thing is.

This post is what people think Joey is like all the time---but if you're paying attention, you really shouldn't have been surprised by the above freak out about Korine. He does that all the time, about really random stuff.

If this has anything to do with what we discussed earlier about Moonlight, I think it strengthens my argument. Moonlight does not do what this movie does. It's a much much better film.

Hell Or High Water.

Second time around, it was even better. The pacing is great, the acting is great,i love the cinematography ( i just love the first scene with the camera following the lady in the bank) and i really appreciate the characters more...specially Ben Foster's.

Also, the comment on how bank's operate is pretty cool.
