Finally watched Fruitvale Station the other night.
Really enjoyed it. A bit more cloying and manipulative than something like Moonlight. But a nice piece. And Michael B. Jordan knocks in out of the park.

If this has anything to do with what we discussed earlier about Moonlight, I think it strengthens my argument. Moonlight does not do what this movie does. Hell Or High Water.
Second time around, it was even better. The pacing is great, the acting is great,i love the cinematography ( i just love the first scene with the camera following the lady in the bank) and i really appreciate the characters more...specially Ben Foster's.
Also, the comment on how bank's operate is pretty cool.
