This will be interesting to watch. I find it impossible to imagine prosecutors accepting a non-cooperation plea deal....or Manafort risking cooperation

Amazing (not surprising...but amazing) how easily Republicans adopted Trump’s total abdication if responsibility re:Puerto Rico. Like, I knew they would, but I didn’t expect it to be so swift, loud, and earnest.

Negotiations were probably about how much detail prosecutors could put in the docs and still get a deal done.
