The don’t. It’s just world events during their presidency that make it look like it’s under their control. I’ve kept a spreadsheet of my gas fillups since early 2008 (don’t ask) and each President had their share of highs and lows.

I thought just a couple of days ago Yellen said price controls were a bad idea.

They want to destroy oil. It makes sense if you look at it through that angle.

I just read an opinion piece saying there are "whispers" of Hillary running in 2024. She wouldn't do that, right? Losing to Trump twice would be beyond devastating, I would think.
