Ibuprofen helps with the fever and body aches, but it still takes all the energy I have to walk from one side of the house to the other.
Hang in there pal

I'm sorry, Pete. Sounds similar to my dad's recent experience.

For me, it’s been like a mild cold. The night before I tested positive was rough sleeping - fever dreams, but other than that I’ve had some minor aches, a spare cough, and an intermittently runny nose.
It’s my wife’s b-day today, so she suggested we play outdoor pickleball with our boys. It wasn’t exactly strenuous, but I do feel more fatigued than I normally would. I have my weekly singles game with my friend tomorrow. I am concerned I might wind up like Frank Costanza and stop short there, but my friend missed a stair last week and fell, hurting his ankle, so he’s not 100% either.

Chud has a history of occasional narcotic use. I am an alcoholic. You can only have one disease at a time. Covid knocked and this temple was occupied.

My cat just killed a bird. I didn't think he had it in him.

Good kitty. Are you going to let him enjoy the spoils of the kill?

Today was supposed to be a tubing trip but that fell apart in the past couple of days. That might have turned okay since there’s a 60% chance of rain and storms this afternoon.

First day of my holiday. Went to see where my grandfather grew up, also saw an old lighthouse at the far end of the ocean, and ate out with my family. Not bad for one day.

We have plenty of ocean within our lands (fjords and more), but if you take a boat west from this lighthouse, the next stop is Iceland.

Past Saturday I took about two dozen donuts (sugar, glazed, chocolate w/chocolate icing and a few others) from the local donut shop on a 5 hour road trip to my best friends place in Maryland.
Her daughter was having her graduation party and had no clue I was making the trip.
Sunday I golfed with my friends husband then drove back. No immodium and no cbd oil was taken for either ride
