hey guys, had my first poop since last Wednesday, which was my special butthole camera day.

i was a little worried i was never going to poop again, but today's offering was solid and lengthy.

we'll see what tomorrow brings, but i'm hopeful for more of the same.

spring break, college, was in Jamaica, very hot, was off the plane for a few hours and passed out from the heat in a public bathroom, eruption, had to go into the ocean to clean up once I woke up.

One decent poo this AM quickly followed by another and I feel properly emptied out.

As reported in the weight loss thread, the second poo weighed 0.3 pounds.

I'll be thinking of all you sitting on the toilet today and I only wish the very best.
