ASK ARRRM: My local work job has a fundraisin thingy where they're selling shirts which on the front have the logo of our work place and then on the back in big bold, edgy letters covering up the entirety of the space right next to a giant USA flag it says "NOT FOR THE WEAK CAUSE THIS AIN'T NO 9 TO 5"

Is this supposed to mean something? Does it have to do with thin blue line stuff? Cause the flag looks the same as those shirts, just without the colours. Rural Illinois is so stupid.
