Has the basketball IQ of an aardvark. But he is a big athletic guy, so he's gonna get some nice numbers for several years.

If I was taking a jump shot and a man came up behind me and put his hands on my hips I can imagine my concentration might be thrown for a second at least until I knew if he was gonna pants me or something. It's cold in that gym.

I put my hand upon your hip
When I dip you dip we dip
You put your hand upon my hip
When you dip I dip we dip
I put my hand upon your hip
When I dip you dip we dip
You put yours and I put mine
And we can dip down low
And roll it round

Brook Lopez out for the season with a broken foot. What happened, did he slip on some Jason Kidd spilled Gatorade?

That Warriors/Clips game last night was a lot of fun. Didn't see any of the other games yesterday. Not too upset about that.

this game is exactly why i don't consider Howard to be top 5 big man.

Tonight's game is exactly why Howard is without a doubt a top 5 big man. He's just held to a different standard than the rest of the centers are because we think he should be David Robinson good or Hakeem Olajuwon good and he just isn't. But he is in the top 5 of today's NBA for heaven sake.

guy throws up one, maybe two good games a week. seems to take advantage of teams like the Pelicans who have no true center. he's not consistent and definitely does not dominate the game like he should/could. throw in the stupid fouls and yea, he's a winner!

:haha:

give me Bynum over this bum...

Better than letting him go for nothing. They got several picks, including two first round picks (with caveats of course). Plus, now they can tank heavily. Not a blockbuster trade by any means but definitely not a terrible one. I'd give it a C+ or B-.

What is Thib's contract status? I feel like I remember him wanting an extension but not getting one. Tanking would go against every fiber of his being, so this could be something interesting to watch unfold.

The Bulls situation just demonstrates how important superstars can be to a franchise.

Scary stat of the day: The Warriors are 17-2 when Iggy, Bogut, Curry, Thompson, and Lee start together. IF they can stay healthy it will be a tough team to play in the playoffs.

Very good trade by the Bulls considering they wouldn't have gotten an expiring deal at the deadline. Thank God Bynum decided to be continue to be a turd.

Yikes. They've called a lot more travels this season (or so it seems) but this is inexcusable.
