Golf trip went well up until friday night. had to leave at 3:00am saturday morning for my flight. went to bed at 11. woke up at 1230 with a very angry stomach. spent the next 2 hours traversing between my bed, the toilet, wishing i was dead and checking on cancelling my flight.

thankfully left at 330am and had no further incidents

Had a weekend away with the wife and kids - took the Friday off work which meant that I missed a whole office meeting. Got back home on Sunday morning and jumped on my work laptop to check something - saw that there was a message from my boss on Friday morning asking that I make myself available for the meeting, there's an Email saying the my employment ends on the 31st March, another Email with a leavers survey - a message from the office admin asking for company photo ID. I texted my boss - just a casual massage apologising for missing hte meeting and asking if there's anything I need to catch up on before another whole office meeting today. Took 4 hours before I got a response - 4 hours wondering if I still had a job, and going through every worst case scenario in my head. Turns out we've been bought by another company. So it's business as usual - just under another name

there should be a rule that car alarms are only allowed for vehicles worth $80,000 or more

cant tell you how many times my one neighbor activates the alarm on his 25-year old subaru wagon

dude- if that gets stolen, i will front you the $500

just turn the fking alarm off
