Where did you hear/read that?

By the way, I get bad calls go against every team. The Lions aren’t unique in that regard. But it just seems time and again that the most controversial, game-deciding calls that are botched disproportionately involve the Lions and go against them.

Coincidentally/Not coincidentally, Brad Allen was the same ref that picked up the flag for that egregious pass interference against Calvin Johnson in the 2014 playoffs in … Dallas. It was late in the 4th quarter with the Lions driving to put them up by two scores. It was third down. Johnson was tackled before the ball got to him. Flag. They announced the call, moved the ball and the sticks. Then huddled, and overturned the call. Lions had to punt. Dallas got the ball, scored, and the game ended.
