Ordered. Good lookin out brah
No problem. It's part of Universal's "Back to Black" Series, which I've heard mixed things about (and the one release I have from this series, Nirvana Unplugged, is an iffy press), but this will probably be the only chance we'll have to get it, unless we want to spend $100+
Low expectations for this one, but I'm on "Rags to Rags" and it sounds great! :nice: Highly recommended.

I started putting things in my cart, but 9/10 were on backorder. I expected that that meant they would never arrive (they cancel those orders after 4 weeks, I think), so I didn't bother. If they did free shipping over a certain amount, I'd think about it, but shipping is too high to take the risk.

Yeah agreed. By the time they're back in stock (if they're back in stock), they'll be full price again

well sorry for wasting your time then. yeah, looks like word spread quickly. it had already been going on for a day when i posted, and it seems lots of people said the same as you yesterday. a lot of the big name bands' stuff was already gone when i went through the list, but i found quite a bit to order.

Just build one - looks easy enough

easily built if you're familiar with IKEA build techniques. even if not, it's still pretty simple. i had one for a little while and it was kinda wobbly bc my floor wasn't 100% level (leaning away from the wall), but you can attach to the wall with an anchor

It has the exact inner dimensions as the Expedit (so it will fit your records). The only difference is the thickness of the outer frame, which they made slightly thinner to save building costs

Modest Mouse is reissuing Lonesome Crowded West on vinyl. Pumped about this. I have all the other original release albums on vinyl, but could never get a hold of this one. Happy to round out the collection.
