I don’t know a single person who knows her or likes her. My girl hates her and the only guy who kinda likes the self titled album didnt care for the rest of her material.
So I’m basically talking about her here.
Also I can’t seen to find another artist as talented as her; not only as a musician but as a guitar player, producer and now it fucking film director.

Agreed on The National and Sleater-Kinney. My Morning Jacket is one of my favorite bands. If you just sit back and soak into it, the music transports you somewhere beyond reality - and that is really any era of that band - a hypnotic quality requiring no extra medication.
