It’s only 6 episodes remember.
They can move the screen though. And it’s damn sight cheaper than sets.
Although Star Wars is taking over a massive studio in London I read somewhere.
You may be right. I’d counter it’s only 6 episodes. They’ll need that screen for the desert so I’d say that it’s a lock.
Wtf is in Boston though

Re: Star Wars: Kenobi (TBD)
Mandalorian is only eight episodes.
Also, we don't know how long each episode of Kenobi will be. The Volume makes production a snap as virtually everything is post production. It's essentially animation. The turn around is so much faster than traditional filming.
But it's Disney. They have all the money. And they've had extra time to work on the scripts and pre-production on Kenobi. So, maybe October is possible, even likely.
Though, that's traditionally been Mando season. I know it's streaming and you can put it on a different day, but does Disney want them on at the same time? Or would they rather stagger them? Mando in the fall, Kenobi in the spring?

They'll stagger for sure. I imagine the dream for Disney + would be to have a Star Wars show on almost year round. 2 a quarter.

They’ll want it to come off the roaring success of mando. Which is now the third most
Streamed show in the world.
They won’t stagger it. They’ll follow it up with it quickly and closely.
All while advertising it within mandos release period. Which is almost three months.
They need to really fill out the channel now with new content. On all fronts to keep subscribers. (Problems with owning everything)
This is gonna be awesome.

I’d also say there’s meetings happening in the past about kenobi and right now, about not boxing themselves into a one shot season. Keep it open. Just in case.

Re: Star Wars: Kenobi (TBD)
Ewan McGregor says the best thing about the 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' series is that it brings him back together with Hayden Christensen and they have "another swing at each other"
Kathleen Kennedy calls it "the rematch of the century"
(via @THR)
So they’re gonna face off again.
The dialogue in a new hope does leave that door wide open. Mustafar doesn’t need to be the last time they met.
Obviously now it isn’t.

Yea ir ecently rewatched Sith and it was great. I dont put any of the bullshit of the PT on Hayden. The writing was so bad.
However, Sith was pretty great and i loved most of what he did. Super excited.

They could use a digital capture of TPM-era Jake Lloyd and say it's Luke. Hamill re-cast argument from earlier today resolved.
