No - it's all related to this issue, I think. How the band handled his anger towards the HOF.

Let's discuss something else instead: How dumb the HOF is. Last night I was wondering how much $ Pearl Jam should have been paid for last night? How many of those seats sold cause of PJ? How much will HBO pay for the TV rights? Yet, PJ got paid nothing and probably had to buy extra tables for friends/family. Whole thing such a scam. I'd say $1-$2 Million should have gone to PJ.

Hence the part about it being super duper flawed and dumb logic that doesn't hold up to even a bit of scrutiny. Too many factors at play to pinpoint "importance", and you're also not really presenting a coherent argument but I don't think you're even trying to so it's cool!

If any of you have ever played in a band, or on a sports team, or worked in an office ... you know sometimes there is just a person who is NOT a personality fit. Even if they are talented, it's best to part ways for the good of everyone involved.

Sadly that is Dave A. Many of us, myself included loved him for his contributions but none of us were ever in a band with him. Maybe he really is just a dick and it was either fire him or break up.

Again, who is arguing whether it was right or justified to fire him?
