yet again i'm a complete idiot... i should drink less, or post less when drinking. apologies to anybody that read my post.

the way this series has gone, i'm glad i actually like this team. it's a LOT easier to deal with Jonny Gomes's shit between pitches when he delivers, but more so when he gives press conferences like last night.

i can't believe how much i WANTED that HR for stephen drew, let alone to take the lead. a large part of a slump is being unlucky, and drew is certainly that.

The Red Sox have been a much better team in this World Series. I have to hand it to them - they always seem to find the big hit when they need it. The Cardinals' offense needs to wake up or this series is over in the next game. I'm really glad we have Wacha pitching in Game 6!

Honestly, the moment after that obstruction call happened (which was the right call), I began thinking that the Sox had a legit shot to win this - they've thrived off of adversity all season long.

And if the Cards hadn't pooped themselves in Game 1, this could be 3-1, Cards.

Crazy series. Are non Sox and Cards fans enjoying these nail biters?
not just this series... the whole playoffs this year has been filled with nail bitters!
its been fun to watch all around.

FIRST thing McCarver says tonight... "its an unusual combination he has too, its fastball changeup, not fastball curve, or fastball slider." yes... a changeup? whod ever have thunk it? LOL

FINALLY?!!

DREW!!

feels like Bellhorn's HR in game 7 against the NYY... it's waaaaaay too early, but considering the player, it felt that way to me.
