"The Grey"
Not what I had expect, but a good film with a great ending.

Just watched Upstream Color, no thanks to the love expressed here and the comparisons to Tree of Life. I didn't fully get it, at least on my first viewing. Not that it wasn't interesting but I kept waiting for an "aha moment" that never came. I got that the kidnapping victim was connected to the pigs by the worm and that the guy acted out when the piglets were thrown in the river. It reminded me of something I'd watch on IFC before they had commercial interruptions (damn you IFC!). I should probably re-watch without sipping on a bottle of wine throughout.
I had to chance to re-watch the Last American Virgin earlier in the week. It's a pleasant surprise if you have not seen it. The first half is your typical early 80s teen sex comedy but the second half is way better than it has any right to be.
Assuming that that is Vengeance is Mine (is it?), that's a great movie. One of my all-time favorites. I love this idea of putting up movie posters for these movies, I'm going to steal it.
one of the mods changed the img to a url, but, yes it's Vengeance Is Mine, also one of my all-time favorites
