That was Sirens for me. I still remember the first time I listened to that song, which was when the official video was posted by them on YouTube. After the video ended, I stood in disbelief a few minutes, thinking "This can't be real, this must be a joke, right?" And then the album came out, and... The second embarrassing thing was the Retrograde video. I like the song, actually, and the video wouldn't even be that bad... If Greta T. wasn't on it.

nah it was the fixer for me along with that awful video and commercial. got a lot of messages from friends knowing i was a fan saying things like “is the thing they’re fighting to get back again their integrity?”

Outside of the music, playing Oracle OpenWorld was a massive WTF moment for me. That was when it became clear to me that there was a price on their integrity. I mean, of all the tech firms... I'd understand it a bit if it was appearing at Salesforce Dreamforce, as Benioff does a lot of philanthropic work that I know would appeal to them (it certainly speaks to Neil Young, who features at many Dreamforce events in some capacity). But Oracle and Larry Ellison... jesus christ
