Huge winds and rain. 700 feet up and 9 miles out at sea. And they built a monastary that lasted 1000 years. It's jaw dropping. Awe inspiring doesn't come close.

Nothing to describe it. Prechristian Irish used to come here even before it was a monastary as their beliefs held islands as sacred places with healing powers. Can't argue. Magic feeling up there and I'm glowing after it. Forgot about Star Wars the minute it calms through the mist. Ps the climb is terrifying but exhilarating. You could slip and fall off at several points. Most of the way up in fact.

So apparently this set in Kerry is built on a platform to allow a certain puppeteer work underneath it. Force ghost Yoda here we go :)

They built a two-story high platform to accommodate Yoda puppeteering? That sounds made up.
