Please tell me how they move this from star to star...

the same way jedi's levitate, make objects fly to them through space, same way every planet apparently has the same oxygen levels for them to travel and live on. Because its a fucking sci-fi movie.

Probably has a hyper drive like the OG Death Star.

This often goes overlooked, but the film itself highlights this point (the absurdity of the bigger death star). They even make some tongue in cheek comments about it. That no matter how much bigger your technology gets there is always some bigger piece, and always some way to destroy it. The purpose of starkiller base is to point out the need to look elsewhere. It's also why Snoke is more concerned with finding Luke Skywalker than using the galaxy destroying weapon at their disposal, and his primary concern as the base is being destroyed is to make sure that Hux gets his force user off the planet. It's also why the chief proponent of the weapon is a fresh faced hysterical nazi in his late 20s.

"Don't be too proud of this technological terror you've constructed. The ability to destroy a planet is insignificant next to the power of the Force."

Um...

That quote is from Star Wars, not The Force Awakens. Stip was just drawing a parallel. No one says that in The Force Awakens.

Also Snoke says 'if Skywalker returns..'

He never specifies which Skywalker.

Something mark hamill pointed out the other day.
