Those folks that wear them outside could be severely immunocompromised. Like, covid would assuredly take them out. There’s still a very low chance it can be transmitted outdoors.

Also, how does it affect you in any way if someone else is wearing a mask outside? Who the fuck cares?

Interesting question. At the end of the day, vaccine passports are mostly about encouraging vaccination - rewarding a member of society for making the responsible choice to help bring an end to the pandemic. So in the context of the greater good, it seems ethical enough?
