I'm not actually sure how good the Saints are, last week's win was really their only impressive outing.

The Eagles, Vikes and Pack look completely average and all have pretty tough schedules.

I could see a bunch of 8-8 teams fighting for playoffs spots.
I expect the Eagles will improve as the season goes on and be in tip top form by the 2nd half of the season

Vikes will disappoint as Cousins keeps dropping fumbles because that's what he does, but still be a strongish team

Pack will be 8-8 style again bc their defense blows

Who is your pick to win the NFC North, the Bears?

no I'd prob say the Vikes

I don't think they lay an egg, but again expectations were so high coming into this year that it's gonna be hard not to be disappointed in what they do

Cousins isn't a clincher

he can get all savanty at times and lead a great one-off comeback but he doesn't have that th*ck d*ck you need to pound away at good defenses for 60 minutes straight

:)

I think the Vikes win 9 or 10 games, probably 10, and that gets them in. The sample size for Cousins in MN is small, and it hasn’t been perfect by any means, but I think he is better than Case Keenum. If that means the Vikings will improve on last season’s results is left to be seen (meaning a Super Bowl appearance). His connection with Thielen is pretty special.

over longer periods I think Cousins is better than Keenum

but Keenum got hot as heck last year and looked really sharp for a while, then totally fell apart Rex Grossman style

it's still Cousin's first year in this new setup. all in not expecting Vikes do better this year. but maybe next year he realizes it's time to thicken his d*ck

Other than the fumbles, Cousins is far more impressive in every aspect of the game than Keenum was.

And, the fumbles have more to do with an offensive line that is subpar.

The vikings will get better every week and will make a legit push and then break my fucking heart.

Jesus, just saw the stats Brees is putting up...

79.9% completion percentage, 0 ints and 332 yards a game

I know the Saints are a screen heavy team, but still... He would absolutely shatter the completion percentage record at that rate.
