Yeah, I think you're right.
I always thought Everett was there for longer, though, plus it was during some peak "Wow Manny is a weird man-child years," so he probably didn't get as much heat as Clemens.

Yeah he was only here 2 years I think, and the first half of the first year was incident free.
He just underperformed so badly in '01 that he was run out of town pretty quickly, so things might seem amplified.

Sandoval is a fat load who probably no longer gives a shit since he has all that guaranteed money coming at him, but that just goes back to how stupid it was to sign him in the first place

I guess it depends what other options you have, but there are very, very few scenarios where I would use a keeper spot on a closer.

If I had your team I'd keep Sale, Perez, and Martinez and then take the three early draft picks.
