1 can of Cento whole peeled marzano tomatoes..i also add about 1/2 cup of Mutti tomato puree..i use a potato masher on them once in the pan/pot..add fresh ripped up basil bits, plenty of red chili flakes, some red wine, any italian red or whatever is on hand..i put a little bit of dried oregano in there too..probably 5 or 6 cloves of chopped garlic and just simmer on low for a couple hours..very simple..

One split breast cut in half. So good.

Every time I eat cold fried chicken it reminds me of the Brady Bunch where they go camping and Greg? accuses Mr Brady of eating “sissy food.”

mrs doug made pizza dough yesterday...tonight will be one with pesto and chicken..one with last nights meatballs and spicy red sauce...the other one will be black olive, onion, mushroom and whatever else is laying around
