Shocking that a country would spend 20 years militarizing police forces across the nation only to end up with videos that look like they came out of a CIA black ops site. I for one, cannot believe that this is where we've ended up!

I spent like 30 minutes angry today that not one article about that guy says whether or not the man who lost custody of his daughter due to this bullshit has recovered her.

Just watched the video of the Dayton cops killing the shooter right before he was able to follow a herd of people into a bar. Those cops are the BEST.

Right, yes, questioning the value of anecdotal evidence and obviously exaggerated claims (there is *no way* this happens 90% of the time) is the part of this that's ideological handwaving. Just to be clear here, are you suggesting that we *should* offer more protections to police because of a video on Twitter? Or at the very least, are you suggesting that what this video depicts is prevalent enough to be statistically significant and therefore in need of addressing?
