Well, the gif you posted doesn't clearly show the message. However, the gif and the still do work very well together.

I'm sort of annoyed by this situation involving the lunatic woman in Baltimore who basically committed suicide by cop. I'm already seeing the media warp the situation in an effort to lump it in with some of the other police shootings.

Yes yes. The black body is quite frequently targeted, executed and assassinated for not complying with state issued demerits , i.e., traffic tickets. You see Gaines was holding that shotgun and shot at police, who were trying to serve a warrant, under white law, in self defense . You see when black body degradation occurs at such a hegemonic rate it's no wonder black bodies shoot back when they are wanted and don't want to surrender to "white law." For clarification: White Law is any law deemed unjust by a black body for any reason that is unfair.
This is probably just a case of crazy person with a keyboard, but in other cases BLM does not seem to have the best discretion when choosing police shootings to protest.
I suppose the idea is that all black lives matter, even insane felons. That sort of nuance doesn't carry over well in social media.
