Nice!
156.6
Had my annual physical today. Last time I saw the doc in the Fall I was at 153. He said that I'm still at a good weight, but to maintain healthy diet and exercise. Told him I'm down to exercising only twice a week and he told me to raise it a bit.

What weight did you start at?
I wonder if moving forward, when anyone posts their weight, you indicate starting weight above current weight, so I'd be:
165
156
I dunno, it could take too much work, so you guys discuss.

180? I'm not actively trying to lose weight, just less late night snacking and going back for seconds. Ideally, I'd like to be in the low 170s. I was there for 15 years or so and then COVID/WFH/2nd kid hit.

yeah, you can get that done here.
I was in the low 150s most of my adult life, but then COVID and got divorced, etc. and I went up to 165 in a year. Got back down as low as 150.5 but recently gained a few extra pounds that I want to shake off.

No weigh-in today as I spent the night at my GF's place and that tends to throw off my AM routine.
I am home alone this weekend, so I will try to weigh-in then.
Off to the gym after work today. That will mark four straight days at the gym this week. Back at it!

was 170.4 this morning
ate a lot of protein today

no major expectations for tomorrow’s weigh in but hopefully should not be substantially worse
