This is the correct take. If Doncic slips past number two or three there will be a lot of action from teams trying to move up.

The Bulls are one of the only teams with cap space so that gives me hope. Normally, I would have zero faith in Garpax and their Rolodex.

Depends on whether they are trying to do a quick rebuild or a more methodical approach. Probably somewhere in the middle and they'll screw it all up.

They probably think they can half tank like the Rockets did. They can't.

Yeah, it will likely end badly. They couldn't even properly tank this year.

Over $50 million to move up 3 picks? No way.
I would do
Portis, the #22, 2019 top 3 protected pick
for
Parsons & #4

Porter Jr says he's a mix of Tmac KD and Giannis. Rather the Bulls go Young or Bamba over this tool at this point.

Dwight finally gets that trade to the Nets.

Is it really true that only top ten prospect that worked out for the Grizz was Carter Jr? Who the hell do these guys think they are? The owners need to get some power back somehow. Donald Sterling might know what to do.

If the Grizz salary dump Parsons with the 4 pick in this draft they deserve to be a lottery team for the next 6 years. And they don't have their pick next year...

What's the point though if you're stuck drafting a pouty millennial who has accomplished nothing and will walk when his rookie deal is up, right around the time he is maturing into an all star?

Still better than Parsons.

I guess I'm confused who's perspective you're taking here? The Bulls should absolutely absord Parsons if it means getting Doncic. They are going to suck the next few years anyway.

I was speaking from the Grizzlies perspective. Makes tons of sense for other teams with cap space.

Pax: I really want this kid called Bamba
Reinsdorf: That's great Pax, but i'm watching Eloy in Charlotte right now.
Pax: Please focus.
Reinsdorf: Sorry, so get em.
Pax: He'll be gone when we pick, we need to trade for him.
Reinsdorf: Should have known, how much is the going to cost me.
Pax: $50 million.
Reinsdorf: .......

Once you get to about 17 or so it's pretty much a crapshoot. Someone could reach on the Villanova redhead in the first round or he could go in mid second. Lots of potentially useful guys that are in that same situation.
