A huge Zeppelin and Who fan when she was young, she maintained her love for and connection to those bands all through her life. As a middle aged woman, though, the new music she listened to tended to be Aerosmith's Armageddon song and Sheryl Crowe.

Lightning Bolt is really growing on me. I didn't listen to the live performance much, but the last few minutes are great on record.

I personally love what I'm hearing, and I'm glad it's not a retread of anything of theirs I've heard before. There are the obligatory comparisons that can be made, but they always challenge themselves to do something different, and there's nothing lazy about that.
