The phone thing tells me I did 16,824 steps on Monday that’s nearly 13km
Yesterday did 17,816. That's over 14km
Now I seem to have pulled or twinged something in my back and my right side is screaming at me, lower back right ass and right leg, especially if I try stand up or sit down. Walking isn’t pain free either. Painkillers and difene lotion for the day and hope it doesn’t make me too goofy

I also use that phone thing a lot. I recently did like 17 km and it didnt quite felt like that.

They’re handy to have if you’re on a weight loss regime thing which I am.
I’m definitely feeling it tho. Boss saw me owing and crumpling down to pick something up and I had to explain to him. He sent me home. Ironically we’ve all to do manual handling courses next week. Which are mind numbing but legal requirement. So he couldn’t get pissed off with me for going home either cos we haven’t done that course yet. lol.
