i'll spoiler this for now, unless folks want to keep it that way.
- Spoiler: show
- rd. 1, pick 1 - KC - Eric Fisher, OT, Cent. Mich.
I don't really care either way if they're spoilered. As I said earlier, I think the Internet should be fair game for the NFL insiders.

If they're going to have a carpet ceremony, at least have it be green to match the fields. Hell, use the same stuff they use at half the stadiums and get FieldTurf to pay you for some sponsorship time.

Ha, Goodell manages to stop people from booing him by making an empty mention of the West, Texas and Boston Marathon victims, says a patriotic phrase to get the crowd to chant "U-S-A!", and then panders to the locals by mentioning the upcoming NJ Super Bowl and trotting Namath and Simms out to the podium.

Oh, and Mecca, that documentary taught us that Jim Kelly wasn't thrilled to play in Buffalo, either--and actually dodged them for a few years in the USFL. How does Kelly compare to Elway and Bo for you?
I was born in 1987, so I only remember the Super Bowls, but when I found that out, it made me think differently of him. He's no different than anyone who talks shit about Buffalo, which tends to be people who have never lived a day in their lives here. The guy has lived here ever since and I think that says a lot that his perception changed. I just think it's egotistical to say that you won't play for a team that has every right to draft you and lay claim to your signing rights.

Oh, I certainly don't deny the egoism involved. The NFL is full of egos, after all.
