The genius of the modern TV news outlets is that the information presented has to fit into that 7 or 8 minute window between commercials.
Only conventional ideology can be repeated, presented, in that window.
Its like Chomsky said, either repeat conventional ideology or say something true-and sound like you're from Neptune.
then you got the select few saying, blah yada fuckin whatever....as if 1 person is siting around deciding which stories to broadcast?
Well yeah, that individual was called an editor-producer today.

I just realized that I get most of my news from Twitter. It's just such an easy way to curate multiple views on trending topics. For conservatives I like David French and Ross Douthat, for libertarians I like Tyler Cowen and Russ Roberts, and for liberals I like Noah Smith.
I'll be the one in the lobby in the green fuck me shirt. The green one.
