Dolphins will ride the Fitzpatrick tank unless one of their young other QBs develops into something amazing/promising this offseason, or unless one of the few good QBs in this draft falls in their lap. They reportedly have eyes on next year's draft (Tua) and this year is a first step of a rebuild. They are missing many vital ingredients, such as throughout the O and D lines.

Well, DeVante Parker is extremely talented, as yet to be seen by NFL play time, mostly due to injuries. Albert Wilson has shown some hot hot shit last year before his season ending injury. Kenny Stills is an above average down-field play-maker, a relative touchdown machine with Tannehill. Jakeem Grant might be the fastest player on the field every single week. They're a pretty good group, if they can stay healthy.

I'd prefer 2-3 wins, but I'm slightly worried Fitzy might get us to 5 or even worse 6. But 4-5 is probably a good bet.

I figure Fitz will have some fun games to watch n some where I want to rip my hair out.. he does have a good group of wr to work with.. hopefully the line improves..

That's what the Dolphins of the past would've done. This regime is adamant about doing it better. The O and D lines absolutely need addressed before you put any legitimate QB of the future prospect in there.
