I think I just might be able to start this Ahosoka novel earlier than expected. Tomorrow maybe? Fingers crossed.

I know dime posted the first part of this in another thread. But the whole thing is up now and I think it makes sense to put it here. The story kinda falls apart in Act Three -- gets too convoluted and some plot holes emerge. BUT the general concept is pretty rad and I would LOVE to see them make this movie. Either as a live action or an animated film. Both could work. And it would clean up some of the continuity errors that Lucas created with the prequels.
Anyway... here's one guys idea for an Ahsoka movie that takes place between Empire and Jedi:

was Ahsoka supposed to be a particularly powerful jedi?

fought Vader and held her own. So I think it's safe to say she wasn't your average lame Jedi.
we never see vader demolish full jedi though- they all might not go down easy
Vader's taken out a good many Jedi. It's just confusing what is considered cannon and what isn't because the time period post order 66 hasn't been covered in great detail.
There is the story on the Jedi enclave on Kessel which I think is cannon. A bunch of Jedi that survived order 66 gathered together in a mine on Kessel and leaked info to the Empire that Kenobi was among them in order to lure Vader and kill him. There was about 8 Jedi. Vader killed all of them.

Certainly not on the level of Anakin, no. But few are. (I think it's canon at this point that Yoda and Mace Windu were the two most powerful Jedi during the time explored by the movies and animated shows.) Ahsoka is super gifted in light saber combat, incredibly smart, and very in tune with the Force. Though I'm not 100% sure how to rank or quantify "powerful" in Jedi terms, it seems by most any rubric she was above average for a Jedi, especially one that dropped out and never became a Master.

They should do a movie that teams up Ahsoka and Ventriss running around kicking ass
