For those who haven't yet heard, it's important you know that Josh Klinghoffer killed a guy.

Removed for my own sake.

From what I've seen he is just being sued for fees and damages, pain and suffering, etc., not being charged with anything, i.e. vehicular manslaughter? That is surprising to me. I don't really understand the legal flow of these things -- could that be coming down the pipeline?

If had happened in Seattle, bammer would have all the good info about criminal vs civil charges in the state of Washington.

Over here, I understand that itself would result in a $556 fine and a potential temporary disqualification from driving if caught more than once.
