I thought PJ20 as a whole was great, but the part of Ed drunk at the Singles premiere was not needed at all. That felt like a Behind The Music moment in the movie. I hope PJ40 will be something more matter of fact documenting all of the work they have done as individuals and as a group, year by year. Narrated by a hungover Sean Penn, 4 hours long, thorough, complete, serious, with mostly unseen footage.

PJ40 will comprehensively highlight the band's accomplishments since they hit the 20-year mark: making PJ20, cubs world series victory

I'm thankful that Crowe got the footage when he did. But yeah, gonna be tough.

That MTV footage being in there is really petty. It's Crowe getting revenge. They fucked him and his career over that day.



The best thing about the PJ20 set is the other discs. How is it we never talk about them? Way way better performances and footage on them.

I've only seen them once. Hype on the big screen was awesome esp Searching....Closed.
