for sure. would have to plant some grass. maybe add some bushes. a stone walkway. flower bed. who knows. i think its all wishful thinking on my part as of right now

the rental agent agent called today..he started showing our California place yesterday and the 1st person wants it and will pay full price and write us a check for the entire year up front starting April 1...woot
