But seriously it seems like a good show and reminds me of my food service industry days. But then again I hated that whole BOH culture (FOH 4 lyfe).

Also -- our Toast system went offline for a couple of hours tonight and I had my time to shine executing the old school expo system. Couple of episode 7 moments looking for a sharpie so to speak, but we all got thru it. I love a good adrenaline infused ass kicking during service every now and then.
