I would probably choose spaghetti as my last meal, but a really good risotto can blow any spaghetti out of the water

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. Why is everybody yelling all the time?

But seriously it seems like a good show and reminds me of my food service industry days. But then again I hated that whole BOH culture (FOH 4 lyfe).

I'm probably too stressed out to watch this one for awhile, but I can understand the appeal.

That’s gonna be on the menu again soon. It’s been a long time since I’ve made it.

Lol wat? I had you pegged for a total BOH loner. Like maybe that guy on the salad station who never talks on his shift but low-key puts his heart and soul into the details.

Also -- our Toast system went offline for a couple of hours tonight and I had my time to shine executing the old school expo system. Couple of episode 7 moments looking for a sharpie so to speak, but we all got thru it. I love a good adrenaline infused ass kicking during service every now and then.

Do you think Burt could stop himself from calling you a globalist NPC because you ordered an impossible burger, though?

Our internet went down over the weekend and we basically ran CC transactions hooked up to someone’s phone’s hotspot for two days. I had to intervene in some arguments because tensions were high
