I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. Lol wat? I had you pegged for a total BOH loner. Like maybe that guy on the salad station who never talks on his shift but low-key puts his heart and soul into the details.BurtReynolds wrote:Why is everybody yelling all the time?
But seriously it seems like a good show and reminds me of my food service industry days. But then again I hated that whole BOH culture (FOH 4 lyfe).

Also -- our Toast system went offline for a couple of hours tonight and I had my time to shine executing the old school expo system. Couple of episode 7 moments looking for a sharpie so to speak, but we all got thru it. I love a good adrenaline infused ass kicking during service every now and then.
