yeah it was weird.. but somewhat comforting

Twice a day brushing, flossing at night, and I started using a Waterpik last year—total game changer. I actually got into a better routine after getting Invisalign with an Invisalign dentist Eastlake Ohio. The trays made me super aware of how clean my teeth needed to be. I’d never used mouthwash consistently before, but now I do it after every meal, especially when I’m out and can’t floss. The routine stuck even after I finished the treatment.
