Yeah there is actually nothing more than “for everyone “ than the MCU

Early testing wasn't good for this, so I'm guessing this trailer reflects the re-shoots they did.
And their still doing some too.

Still not a fan of Red Hulk at all but that looks damn interesting.

If they tried to do more of a political thriller like the snd cap movie, yes could be cool.

Falcon is such a dud character. I just don't care about him (it doesn't help that I didn't watch his show)

Should’ve made him orange for the lulz.

Tommy likes his Caps white.

Our problem is the color of the hulk, not the color Cap.

Our?
red hulk is a character in the comics. there is nothing wrong with it. the brawn of the hulk with a military mind makes for an interesting take on the character. considering the green hulk has been basic (childlike) , gray (very cunning), green savage, smart hulk, maestro, immortal, world breaker...etc. there have been so many variations of the hulk. nothing wrong with taking one of the more powerful versions as the "bad guy"

All these clones of the original characters are lame as hell. It always degrades the uniqueness and special quality of the original, while doing nothing to endear people to the new copy. It's a storytelling fail, whether it happens in the comics or not.
Instead of trying to make new interesting characters, they cynically went for clones of the old ones to milk them for more money.
There should be only one Hulk, one Iron Man, one Spider-Man, etc.

"Our problem" meaning the problem that's keeping my daughter from going to see this movie.
I know hulks vary in color.

Goddamn what a day. I actually 100% agree with Burt.

Went in with very low expectations and it slightly exceeded them. Harrison Ford clearly gave a shit about the role and the plot, overall, was fine.
That said, 80% of it feels like it was made by ChatGPT and is constantly treating the audience like a bunch of dullards (shame on us, I guess). Overexplaining everything and telling us how we should feel by overscoring every scene.
The MCU is in desperate need of a reset, which I suppose will come with Secret Wars. Feige probably needs to exit with that reset.

Welp, there was certainly a lot of action. The dog fight in the ocean was awesome.
You can def tell this was filmed in the time period where Marvel was doing quantity over quality. Lots of green screen backgrounds.
And the overload of exposition. Did the news reporter really need to tell me that Betty was Bruce's ex? Or Ross asking his assistant if "Betty, my daughter, called"
I liked the look of The Leader. It seems the original cut had him more comic book accurate with the goatee and large forehead but obv didn't stick.
I like Sam as Cap. I don't compare this movie to the other Cap movies. Wouldn't be fair.
Red Hulk looked ok. Better than green Hulk in Ragnarok.
Speaking of which, WHERE THE FUCK WAS BRUCE?? They talk about him the whole movie but nada. FFS
Credit to Ford, he committed to the role despite never having watched a Marvel movie. That being said, I still wanted them to bring back Sam Elliot.
No mention of the Eternals. Seems like something that would come up considering the heavy focus on Tiamut in this movie. But it seems the term Celestial is just one everyone knows now.
Overall it was good enough to justify the IMAX ticket. That dog fight sequence in AVX would be fun to experience too.
Yeah, nice surprise. Really wonder how that’s gonna play out in Thunderbolts.

I would say a C+
i like mackie as an actor and i think he plays sam very well. as pointed out it seems like this was more about quantity than quality.
Id like to have seen more of the serpent society than just sidewinder and cottonmouth (i think that was the name in the credits). i know giancarlo is a fine actor but he seemed a bit "too old" for the role. the falcon seems to be a bit of a rip off of war machine.
they should have given an explanation to celestial island other than, oh look its there.
they really need more bucky and sam interaction. liv tyler wasnt that big of a surprise but it seemed like the role was mailed in
