I usually have two countries to root for during the World Cup, but since Colombia didn't get in this year my teams are Argentina and the US (since my entire family lives there now). History tells us the latter will probably not get very far but it's fun to root for an underdog.

Usa - Netherlands is a good one. Usa actually has a chance.

I root for the US obviously but then beyond that I tend to root for places I've been (France, Spain, etc). But I also root for Argentina (though I've never been) because of RM.

I root for Argentina because I appreciate Veggie's smilie game. If they win, the smilies will be glorious.
