Honestly with the amount of times I check RM to find a late-night Bammer posting spree I'm surprised you're not higher up in the post rankings. You must go through long periods of no posting that nobody notices

Yeah I work and it costs me a chance to post more
Actually if you go back and look I think it took me like a whole year to log on to this iteration of the board

All I said was you loved litigation.
:patrickstewart:
Dude I am always on defense. OMG.
I didn’t say you were the litigator. Just that you loved litigation.
Real talk, wease: I hate it.
Sometimes we settle if that looks like the most practical option. Don’t want to be at the mercy of the judge or waste a lot of time. Just get it over with.
Other times the other side is just plain fucking wrong. I hold my ground, I tell them to drop the case. I beg them to drop the case. Trial is a time suck. They won’t listen to reason, we end up in court, and over 90% of the time after insisting that “we let the judge decide” … the judge tells them exactly what I predicted the judge would say.
The whole process fucking sucks. I hate it. Way too easy to file a small claim. A lot of the people I defeat in small claims court have an “it’s always somebody else’s fault” world view. No personal accountability.
What is your role within your company that you’re the one that always has to work on these cases and represent your company in court?

California has passed a law to create Homeless courts for those with severe mental illness. If they fail to comply with a judge ordered treatment plan, they can have a conservator assigned.
I'm guessing this will be rarely applied to avoid enraging homeless activists.
Seems to totally give up the goose about what homelessness is. No real plan to deal with the meth/ fentanyl homeless scenes of course.

Thought I saw a dead guy this morning laid out on the sidewalk at the church soup kitchen down the street. But looks like he moved a little when the paramedics showed up. Lots of ODs around here.
It's pretty amazing the amount of damage you can do to a body without it dying.

Shouldn’t your Governor be shipping them to blue states? Those patriotic red state citizens shouldn’t have to foot the bill for people too lazy to work amirite
