how was won’t tell?
Really fantastic last night. Ed prefaced it with a story of Little Stevie begging them to release it as a single so he could will it into becoming a huge hit.Chris_H_2 wrote:how was won’t tell?
That stretch sucked.Ensign9 wrote:WtOB? wrote:9 songs for the encore and 5 of them covers
That's gonna be a hindsight nitpick for me. In the moment, I was all in.
When they did RVM at Wrigley, Ed didn’t play during the verses and even part of the choruses and Josh wasn’t onstage for that one. Just Mike and Stone.CopperTom wrote:That stretch sucked.Ensign9 wrote:WtOB? wrote:9 songs for the encore and 5 of them covers

Andrew Watt really played well. It was nice that he was actually plugged in and up front in the mix. Mr. Soprano was also plugged in and noticeable.
Eddie played guitar less than in previous tours. I assume Josh was playing his parts, but I couldn't really tell.

Oh, I know. I was just saying there was no one extra covering for him at Wrigley. we probably should say that about most shows to be fairWaitingForBluey wrote:This is not the kind of show that you nitpick the setlist from afar. The band brought all kinds of energy and they were having an absolute blast. It was a pleasure to be a part of. Grateful
Yeah it was amazing.Bi_3 wrote:If you all weren’t blown away by Song of Good Hope last night, check your soul
i dont think i know that oneBi_3 wrote:If you all weren’t blown away by Song of Good Hope last night, check your soul
I thought most of the show was pretty tight. Gimme Some Truth sounded a but off. Glorified G was missing the backing vocals at first. That's all I really noticed. See what happens when Ed doesn't get wasted.stip wrote:we probably should say that about most shows to be fairWaitingForBluey wrote:This is not the kind of show that you nitpick the setlist from afar. I wonder if this was the backdrop for Chicago as well. It didn't look like the DTE video.Bi_3 wrote:CopperTom wrote:What was the video playing during DTE? Definitely Todd McFarlane. Definitely not the DTE video.
It looked like the old Spawn HBO show with the chains flying around
