I have to admit that some of the writing was a little wacky in E7.

Morrow displayed superior intelligence all season and then started doing mega silly shit all of a sudden. Entering the facility through the front door? Really?

Why are the Weyland SEAL teams wearing black in a jungle setting during broad daylight? And, as B said, why ditch the masks?

Where did the boys get the raft? Wtf?

Where did the hundred Prodigy soldiers come from?

Still, it wasn't all bad. There were some gnarly kills.

This show is up and down for me, but some of my favorite stuff are things like this where the xenomorph starts to invade domestic, earthly spaces (and not in a kill-everything-around-it way) and it’s just unsettling, not scary. Gives us something we’ve never seen before. The fact that he was just under a bed was just creepy.
