The point isn't that the movie must be good because it's woke. The point is that critiquing the film for casting people of different races than in the book is reprehensible.

The casting is hilariously dumb but whatever. Lupita, Matt Damon, that little guy from Juno, and fucking Zendaya again are all horrible choices given the type of movie they are going for (unless I'm mistaken and they are going for a comedy, in which case it could work).

But I'm sure it will do well because normies love Nolan almost as much as they love Cameron. The trailers look like shit, so I'll be skipping this one, but y'all have fun with your little culture war movie!
