Lucius was pretty hit or miss. I wasn't impressed with Angel Olsen either even though NPR fell in love with her.

Angel Olsen takes a few listens -- the songwriting is kind of perfunctory, but there are emotional layers that open up with repeat exposure. One of my favorites from this year.
