Oh my God. The point is that the plural for "crisis" is "crises" not "crisises", genius.

This was fun to watch.
It's like the low light incident all over again.
did that one ever get resolved?

Already posted in the LB thread, but figured I'd post it here too...

So my vinyl finally showed up today from when they shipped it on the 10th of October or whenever - it's a red one!!! There is some type of glue residue on it - but in the package they'd included a second LB vinyl - also red. I haven't unsealed this one to see if there's any issues with it though...

They're apparently sending out a replacement as I'd Emailed last week about it not having arrived yet and they said they'd send another. Maybe I can get three red copies...

That's good news. Kind of.

I got told that I have to wait 90 days before they'll send a replacement. 90 DAYS

Really - Maybe do I what I did and just ask for a refund. Told them that it's already a month over the date they said it would be here by when I originally ordered it and that I'd now just be happy to get a refund so I could go down to the record store and pick up a copy since they'd had it for three weeks already...

If they don't go for that I really hope it shows up soon for you bud. Seems those of us down in the southern hemisphere have been really screwed over by this

I was told the same thing. Still waiting on my original shipment from October 9th to arrive in Montreal which is ridiculous. I could've drove back and forth to Seattle 15 times since this thing was shipped 2 months ago!!

Why hasn't anyone disputed this with their credit card company? You will get results faster and also inconvenience Santos. They need a good kick in the ass.

Well very occasionally parcels from 10C takes 4-6 weeks but usually they are quicker and I would like my record so no need to call the credit card company.

That said, the delivery guy came into work today and BAMMO. There it is. Complete with extra LP! This must've been a costly exercise for someone having to do a full repress.

I'm just now seeing this and I'm pretty surprised B got that into it. Really my only point was the 10C has some of the worst customer service out there. That's really nothing new.

Do you like Lightning Bolt enough to order it. Wait for it. Get it. Play it. And then wait for the replacement?
