Getting through 159 hours does seem like an intimidating prospect however.
I heard they've been out there for a while.

If I tried really, really hard and had the time, I could probably make a must-watch episode list that's more like 75-90 eps long.

Got to Ascension in season 2 and god damn what a fantastic episode. The direction/camera work in the scene when Duane gets pulled over seemed really ahead of its time, and reminded me of the scene in Breaking Bad when Walt gets pulled over and won't turn down the radio.

I did laugh at the overly dramatized scene with Mulder pushing the tram to 30mph. He wasn't buying himself that much time.

I'm gonna need this to tide me over until Twin Peaks finally comes back.

Yes. It contains the absolute worst line-read of the entire series:
"AIDS?" -Mulder

What do you guys think the worst episode is? I still haven't finished the series yet, but so far I'd say it's hands-down "First Person Shooter". What a piece of shit that was.

I'd have to rewatch the series. I remember being underwhelmed a couple of times but I don't remember any out and out terrible episodes. But I also only watched once, in real time. I own all the DVDs but I've only rewatched the first disc of S1. All of those episodes are baller.

"Space" is pretty bad, but I think I agree with chud: absolutely nothing about "3" works, on any level.
